I started baking bread at home after discovering my love for the craft — especially the slow, rewarding process of making sourdough. What began as a personal passion soon became a way to serve my family and my local community.Frustrated by the long ingredient lists and unnecessary additives in store-bought bread, I set out to make something better: high-quality, simple bread made the right way. My first loaves were shared with friends and family, and from there the word spread.Today, my bakery remains a small-batch, community-based business. Every loaf is mixed, shaped, and baked by hand, with the same care and purpose that started it all — to share fresh, wholesome bread with the people around me.
